POSTAGE/SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA IS FREE.

I generally use Australia Post for small Artworks and reliable Couriers for larger Paintings. All with insurance but I have never had a problem with any of my deliveries thus far.

 

Sometimes I even allow for pick up from my Studio!

And sometimes I even hand deliver artworks if you Melbourne Metro zone.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AT FLAT RATES AS BELOW:

Please note this does not include any taxes or duties, buyer is responsible for these.

Smaller artworks under 3kg Flat Rate $110

Larger artworks 4kg – 9.9kg Flat Rate $200

Extra-Large artworks 10kg – 15kg Flat Rate $250

Please note INTERNATIONAL purchases of artworks over 80cm on its longest side will be sent rolled in a hard tube. The buyer will need to have the artworks re-stretched onto new bars on arrival. Most picture framing services will do this for you.

 

However INTERNATIONAL buyers may purchase an artwork sent on its stretcher frame please email us for some quotes. But please know that INTERNATIONAL Shipping costs vary greatly from Australia can be anywhere between $550-$1500.00 for large framed artworks.

 

 

TIME FRAME

I promise artworks will be shipped as soon as possible after funds are cleared in my account and I check the paintings are in perfect order and package them up. Keep in mind I do like to re-varnish artworks before shipping so there is a small time delay as seen below.

 

FOR PAINTINGS shipping is processed usually 3-5 days, unless notified otherwise.

 

FOR ARCHIVAL PRINTS are made to order so please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery (sorry longer for overseas customers).

 

 

I am more than willing to combine and negotiate shipping costs and offer discounts, if buying several artworks. Of course the weight & size of the paintings has to be taken into consideration. So please check out my other artworks and email me for a quote.

 

PAINTINGS are packed lovingly and carefully in several layers of bubble wrap between 2 layers hard cardboard. FRAGILE stickers are then plastered over the package. This has always worked for me.

 

ARCHIVAL PRINTS are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Then caringly rolled and sent in a hard mailing tube. Prints are a little bit delicate so please be super careful when you unwrap and unroll so as not to crease, dent or tear. A little love that’s all.

 

 

Although it is not my fault if anything is lost or damaged once in transit I do register & insure artworks for the safety and security of your investment. It often costs me more, but is definitely worth it for peace of mind.

If something does arrive damaged please send photos as ASAP so I can follow up with the appropriate company and action. Fortunately, this has actually never ever happened to me.
