The big. The tiny. The sea. The surf wash and foam. The molecules. These things are what I think about and look at when I create these paintings.

The circular organic motifs and the organic cluster patterns allude to cellular life forms, dainty aquatic-life, light patterns and to the visceral otherworldliness of the building blocks of life like cells, bioluminescent organisms, and molecules and the effervescence contained within the waters of life. Delicate and beautiful yet also so fragile vulnerable in the current environment.

Aqueous Pulse IV' also has an uplifting and peaceful atmospheric.  ”I feel like I am gently floating like jelly-fish” is a lovely comment I so often receive from this series.

What I enjoy most about my paintings is they make people smile with a sense of wonderment and feelings of happiness as well as giving their walls style, finesse and with a splash of colour for years to come.
