Artwork Description:

Orbicular Echo IX is a striking large-scale monochrome painting, expertly crafted with layers of acrylic polymer paint on premium linen. Part of my ongoing Orbicular series, this piece captures the sublime beauty of life at its smallest scale — drawing inspiration from microbiology, underwater ecosystems, and geological formations.

The restrained black-and-white palette gives this artwork a sophisticated minimalist edge, with a dynamic textured surface that invites close contemplation. Gentle undulations and layered forms echo natural rhythms — evoking everything from drifting bioluminescent organisms to ancient rock formations and cellular life observed under the microscope.
